Warranty differs from country to country But if you are abroad and want to claim your warranty, then you will have to ship your tyre back to us in UAE, but please note that we will not cover the shipping expenses. Also, all products are covered under standard product warranty as mentioned in the Warranty Terms & Conditions.

Delivery time is indicated in the product page. In any case, after you place an order, you will be contacted by our sales team to confirm stock availability, delivery time, and date.

We update our stock list every day, but it might happen that when you place an order, the item had already been purchased by another customer or due to some technical error such situation may arise. We respect the sequence of order every time, that's why we will contact you to confirm the order and its availability, shipment and installation procedure.

Once you place an order our sales team will contact you and will inform you about the delivery time of the order. And if you have paid online using our secure online payment option it means your order is confirmed and item will be shipped to you asap.

No. Currently we do not deliver outside UAE but yes you can buy even if you are outside UAE.

All our tyres has one year warranty from the company

We have very effective refund and exchange policy. If customer has bought the tyre does not fit in the RIM then we are obliged to exchange the tyre and if the desired tyre is not in stock company will return the money without any delays and customer can claim 100% refund.

  • Our normal refund time is 1 week or 7 working days

  • Company will issue one voucher for the client which they can use in order to collect money

  • Client has to claim refund or exchange within one week after the purchase
