At TyresMe, we stand by the quality of the products we offer and are committed to delivering a smooth and transparent customer experience. To help ensure clarity, please find our return and refund policy outlined below:
Returns
We understand that plans can change. If you need to return your order, we accept returns within 24 hours of purchase, provided the tyres have not been used or fitted. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Once tyres have been fitted, they are considered used and no longer eligible for return unless a warranty claim applies.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order after it has been placed. However, any cancellation requested more than 7 days after the date of purchase will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee, deducted from the total order value.
This cancellation fee applies due to stock reservation, product ordering, price fluctuations, and inventory commitments associated with fulfilling the order.
Refunds & Claims
At TyresMe, we do not offer standard product exchanges. However, in the rare event of a manufacturer-related defect, customers may be eligible to request a warranty claim.
If a claim is submitted and subsequently approved by the manufacturer, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- A refund for the affected tyre, or
- A replacement tyre, depending on availability.
Please note: fitting and delivery charges are not refundable under warranty claims.
