Terms of Service – TyresMe

Welcome to TyresMe, your trusted online tyre store based in Dubai. By accessing or using our website (www.tyresme.com), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.

1. General

These Terms govern your use of the TyresMe website and services, including the purchase and fitting of tyres. By using the site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AED and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major debit/credit cards and secure online payment methods.

  • Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your booking and fitting details.

3. Tyre Fitting Services

  • Fitting can be scheduled either at our Al Quoz location or via our mobile van service within Dubai.

  • Please arrive on time for your booking or inform us in advance if you need to reschedule.

  • Delays or missed appointments without notice may result in a rebooking fee.

4. Product Availability

  • All tyre listings are subject to stock availability.

  • In the rare case that a selected product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will offer an alternative, refund, or reschedule at your convenience.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We only accept returns on tyres that are unused, unmounted, and in original packaging within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Fitted or used tyres are not eligible for return unless a manufacturer-approved claim is issued.

  • Refunds for approved claims may take 7–10 business days and exclude fitting/delivery fees. For full policy, refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Warranty & Claims

  • All tyres sold are 100% genuine and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Claims will only be processed after inspection and confirmation by the manufacturer or authorized representative.

  • TyresMe facilitates the process but does not make the final decision on warranty claims.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website or interfere with its functionality. This includes but is not limited to fraudulent transactions, hacking, or spreading malware.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of TyresMe and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TyresMe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
