Our mobile fitting service is available within Dubai city limits, including major residential, business, and industrial areas.
If you’re unsure whether your location is covered, please contact us before placing an order.

🕒 Scheduling & Delivery Time

• Mobile van bookings are available 7 days a week, based on slot availability.

• Delivery and fitting typically take place within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

• You will receive a confirmation call or email with your scheduled time window.

• Please ensure your vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible location during the appointment.

📦 Shipping & Fitting Fees

• Shipping & fitting charges may vary depending on the tyre type and location within Dubai.

• Final costs will be shown at checkout before confirming your order.

• In the case of inaccessible locations or rescheduled visits, an additional fee may apply.

⚠️ Missed Appointments & Rescheduling

• If our team arrives and the vehicle or customer is unavailable, a revisit charge may be applied.

• To reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance.

🛞 Product Handling

• All tyres are transported safely in our branded mobile vans and installed by trained technicians using professional-grade equipment.

• Each fitting includes tyre balancing and disposal of old tyres (if applicable).

🔄 Cancellations

• Orders cancelled prior to dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

• If the van has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee may be deducted.
